Dr. Bronner’s: The Best Natural Soap

We know that hand washing is the best defense against germs so what do we use to wash our hands? Not regular soap as it contains harmful toxins that can irritate the skin or cause more serious health problems.

Your best bet is to use organic soap. If you’ve been to the store and saw a bottle with lots of writing on it, chances are it may have been Dr. Bronner’s Magic Soap. This company has been around for years and is still using the same recipe they began with. This is a castile soap which is made as a bar or a liquid and contains all natural ingredients. It cleans very well and foams beautifully. It comes in such fragrances (derived from essential oils) as almond, lemon, rose, citrus, and peppermint which can be very invigorating in the shower!

You can also use this to wash dishes, clothes, even the floor, which makes it a very versatile cleaner. The best part about it is that it carries no risks to use, unlike commercial soap. It also does the job with as little ingredients as possible. It is definitely one of my all-time favorite products.
