Wink Your Wrinkles Away

I recently unveiled a new survey for Toxic Beauty readers (click on the link in the right sidebar to take the survey) so I can discover what you want to see here on Toxic Beauty Blog. So far, I am hearing many concerns about aging. Aging cannot be avoided, but there are many natural things we can do to slow this process and age gracefully.

One thing I have learned is that it’s never too early to start using anti-aging skin care products. All skin can benefit from the vitamins and nutrients in pure natural skin creams and lotions. But what else can you do?

I was doing a little snooping on  You Tube and found a really incredible method for restoring skin elasticity and reducing wrinkles. It’s facial yoga! We all know how amazing yoga is for our body, but have you ever considered the benefits for your face? Stretching the facial muscles is also great for relieving headaches and stress.     Facial exercises have been long practiced by alternative health enthusiasts. Some people think its silly but its just like exercising the muscles in any other part of your body you want to keep firm and tight.

    Of course, genetics may also sometimes play a role in premature wrinkling but facial yoga can delay the process.

    On another note, let’s be thankful for being able to age. It means you are still alive!

    I have been doing facial exercise for a little while and I must say my facial skin has gone firmer, especially around area between my cheeks to mouth. Off course it won’t happen over night so you need some patience but it works! And it’s much safer way to practice anti-aging instead of using some cosmetics which contains quite dangerous additives.
