Natural make-up

One of the natural products I use is mineral makeup. For daily use, I use the powder formula. It’s light and lets your skin breathe while providing light coverage. The only downside to using this is that the powder has a tendency to get everywhere, so the best way to apply this is either over the sink or a towel. But the benefits of using mineral makeup far outweigh this slight inconvenience. For one, you are using a product that is all natural. But beware, some mineral makeup does contain some chemicals so read labels and do your research.

For those who want a little more coverage, natural and organic liquid makeup is available. I found a lovely one from Real Purity, who make the most wonderful products. It’s light, easy to apply, and has only 5 ingredients! I usually blend with a flat natural bristle brush and dust with mineral powder to set. You can use natural products without chemical ingredients and get great risk-free results.
