Help the earth, help yourself

Today is Earth Day and it really makes me think of all the ways I try to help the earth. A few things I do is use green cleaning products (that avoids putting harmful chemicals back into the ground), use refillable water bottles instead of plastic, recycling everything I can, use cloth bags for shopping, drive a hybrid (I love my Prius!) and eat organic food (organic farming avoids putting pesticides into the earth, using natural methods instead.)
Another thing I do to go green is use natural and organic beauty and skin care products. In turn I am not only helping the environment by using chemical-free products, I am also helping myself by not putting those chemicals into my system.
